Welcome to Plaito, a mobile application that helps you estimate the nutritional content of your food using AI. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the app.
By accessing or using Plaito, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
Plaito is intended for individual, personal, and non-commercial use only. You may use the app to scan food and view estimated calorie and nutrient information based on AI analysis. The app is not intended to provide medical advice or replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
Plaito uses artificial intelligence to analyze food images and estimate nutritional content. These results are informational only and may not be fully accurate. The app does not provide medical or dietary advice, and you should consult a medical professional for health-related concerns.
Plaito offers a free version with limited scans and a paid subscription called Plaito Pro, which unlocks unlimited scans and additional features.
Payments and subscription management are handled through RevenueCat, and are subject to App Store billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
Your data — including food logs, calorie intake, goals, and personal attributes — is stored locally on your device only. You can delete your account and all stored data at any time within the app.
We use third-party services such as RevenueCat for subscription processing and Firebase for analytics. Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Plaito is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate data or failed analysis.
You agree to use Plaito only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm our services or others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other inappropriate use.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
